AMC Completes Powder Coating Project

AMC Sheet Metal Fabrications, West Sussex have gone on-line with their latest project, an in-house powder coating facility.

Having our own dedicated plant gives our customers the one stop shop they often desire.  It also gives us complete flexibility and total management control.

The Plant consists of a state of the art pre-treatment process using Zirconium Phosphate. Heated at 50 degree C this treatment offers exceptional cleaning and pre-treatment for both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

The Camelback oven is a beast. With huge capacity of 3.4 meters wide by 1.25+meters high. No job is too small or large for our oven!

AMC have recruited an exceptional team to run the new operation. Led by our new manager, our new team comes with years of experience so that we hit the ground running and are already producing finished work to high standards.

The project is not quite complete, we are looking to purchase a new company van . This will allow us to offer deliveries and collections all part of the service now at AMC.
