AMC has its own in-house powder coating plant. The plant consists of a state of the art pre-treatment process using Zirocnium Phosphate. Heated at 50 degree c this treatment offers exceptional cleaning and pre-treatment for both ferrous and non-ferrous material. The Camelback oven is a beast. With a huge capacity of 3.4meters wide by 1.25meters high. No job is too small or large for our oven.
We use the lastest Nordson powder coating guns which agitate the powder to achieve the best possible finishes, we stock a range of powders, with different textures and colours and are beginning to stock a metalic range with finishes similar to chrome and brass.
If required any other primary and secondary finishing can be sourced through our network of approved suppliers of sub-contract finishing processes. Processes which include:
