New Laser For AMC…..

Introducing our new TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 Fibre laser. Continued investment in new technology is one of our top priorities here at AMC and in early August our newest machine was delivered and installed by TRUMPF and is up and running!

This machine offers:

• Laser Power 6kW
• Simultaneous Axis Speeds 170m/min
• Axis acceleration: 14 m/s2
• Fast pallet change time of only 18.5 seconds
• 21.5″ display with Touch Point control
• TRUMPF TruDisk, best cutting results in each sheet thickness, by design insensitive to mirroring, pump diodes with power reserve; this provides reliability without power degradation
• Working range: X/Y/Z axis: 3000/1500/116mm

And for all you Eco-Warriors out there, a new nozzle design reduces nitrogen consumption by up to 60%.
