Our very own young gun Taylor Woods has taken the Welding World by storm by winning not just one but two awards!
Taylor embarked on a 4 year Apprenticeship through AMC studying Welding & Fabrication at Central Sussex College in Crawley. Not only has he nearly completed the course, he has recently won ‘Student Of The Year’ the first time a welder has ever won this accolade AND on top of that has won ‘The Outstanding Achievement Level 3’ award!!
It doesn’t end there………. Taylor has reached the Reginal Finals for Skill Welding and on Wednesday 12th July will do his best to battle his way to victory! If he is successful he will then go on to take part in The Nationals then possibly The World Championships, and then who knows he could be crowned the ‘King of the WELD’!!!
A massive congratulations to Taylor from all the staff here at AMC, and good luck for the 12th.
