Powdercoating

AMC has its own in-house powder coating plant. The plant consists of a state of the art pre-treatment process using Zirocnium Phosphate. Heated at 50 degree c this treatment offers exceptional cleaning and pre-treatment for both ferrous and non-ferrous material. We also have a Box Oven for larger items.

We use the lastest Nordson powder coating guns which agitate the powder to achieve the best possible finishes, we stock a range of powders, with different textures and colours and are beginning to stock a metalic range with finishes similar to chrome and brass.
If required any other primary and secondary finishing can be sourced through our network of approved suppliers of sub-contract finishing processes. Processes which include:
